Casa Elohim is an institutional foster care service for children and adolescents (CASA LAR) that offers exceptional and temporary shelter for up to 10 children and adolescents under protective measures, at personal or social risk or abandoned, whose parents or guardians are temporarily unable to fulfill their role of care and protection. Casa Elohim is a temporary home until they can return to their family of origin/extended family or be referred to a substitute family (a procedure carried out by the Children's Court). It is open 24 hours a day.

Activities

Cultural, educational and other activities are carried out by educators with the aim of guaranteeing access to information, guidance, culture, leisure and sport. We promote activities such as personal hygiene care and the organization of personal belongings, conversation circles, games to develop play and social interaction, cultural and recreational outings, festivities and celebrations such as birthday parties and craft workshops such as painting, kites and cooking.
